LED 4x4 cube jig

A simple jig to build one layer of LEDs for a 4x4x4 LED cube using PCB ISK059A (e.g. http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/4X4X4-Blue-LED-Light-Cube-Kit-3D-LED-DIY-Kit-for-Arduino/1829717_32595530987.html ). This plugs directly into an Arduino Uno, or can be hooked to a Raspberry Pi. After some effort, I found (very bad) build instructions and the Arduino Sketch to drive this.
