Bachmann ON30 Davenport 0-4-0 chassis

These files were created to allow others to design up a custom shell for their Bachmann On30 0-4-0 gas side rod engines. This will be added onto later with the appropriate openings for the couplers that hold down the shell but this should be a good starting point! As I update the files I will add them down below.
