Simple Dual Drive Wade Extruder

I came up with this idea as I had a need to reduce/stop filament slip when running long feeds to a Bowden setup I was running (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1526293). My idea was to just inverse the main body of the extruder and make some changes so it prints well. And attach it straight to the back of normal wade extruder. Works really well
