Filament Holder Cap

This goes with my other part, the filament holder. The hole on this cap is a bit bigger than the hole on the filament holder, but it's hard to get an exact number, and plus this gives you room for err if you need to drill out the hole in the holder.

There will be one more part for this, I chose to do it this way because the parts that use snap-on methods tend to break.
