Frame Rate Glasses

I have made a pair of glasses that allows the user to see in different frame rates. This is done by having a converted computer fan that spin a 3d printed disk with a single slight in it which allow the viewer to see. The faster the motor turns the clearer the user's vision will be. These glasses will make the viewer see like a movie which was a major inspiration when I was designing them. To create the glasses the user will have to acquire two 9 volt batteries, two 120mm computer fans, two pote
