Yet another i3 to E3D V6 upgrade

I've decided to upgrade my printer with E3D V6 head. I've added a fan to the extruder, because it become hot after about 30 minutes, and it was not able to push the filament into the teflon tube.
Chain files are from this site, I've drilled them through.
