Z Axis Spool Mount for i3 Prusa

Next in the list of minor tweaks to i3/EiNSTeiN variant that I love so much... A low plastic option for a filament holder for i3. Uses 470mm or so M8 threaded rod, 5 M8 nuts and washers, 2 608 bearings, a length of 4mm PTFE tube to assist with filament feed and Vik's Spool Holder (adjusted for nut to bearing clearance as per attached, requires the .stl to import into scad for re-compiling)

This combined with new Y corners means only 2 pieces
