this code automates setup of bt devices on arduino for jy-mcu bt devices. possibly works on others.
anyways what is slick about this is it runs the same port your ramps code would use it on, so when setup, you don't need to remove it. also programs bluetooth device id name, baud rate, and pin number thru arduino serial monitor. just set it for 57600, no ending lines, and it will instruct you what to do next.
