Tarot Motor mount 100% TL68B19 compatible

Starting from the rudisoft project I adapt it for the Tarot model 650 and 680, that have a 16mm arm diameter. Now it is 100% compatible with the Tarot-Parts-TL68B19 [16mm Motor Mount]. The most important upgrade is that I separate it in two parts, this way you can substitute the original one without disconnecting the cables set from the power distribution board in the center of the hexacopter. The 2 parts are fixed with 4 2.5x16 screws.
