Case for "Winners" tiny power supply board with digital display which is available from the usual China sources.
It is closed using two M3 8mm countersunk screws.
One note on using this board: Remember to calibrate the board first before you start to use it, by holding in left button as you power up and adjusting the output to 5 volts.
