Arduino + RAMPS Mount with Fan for 2020 Open Beam Remix

This is a remix with 2 fan mounts. I needed the extra fan to blow air on the stepper mottor drivers. They overheat when printing with bed temperatures that pass over 100 degrees, even with a insulated bed.
