This is a project I embarked on in an attempt to make business cards to hand out to potential employers (I'm a student).

I wanted something different. But more than that, I wanted something that people wouldn't throw away immediately. After pondering a while I thought of how I often lean my phone against a book or something to keep it upright, and thought this could not only be made better but could be made on the sort of scale I was after.
