Yet another layer fan for Sparkcube with E3D v6 (Single Tip)

This is another version of my layer fan for the Sparkcube printer. It is designed for 40mm fans. I found this design slightly more effective than my other one which blows down on the object, this design blows air across the object after passing the nozzle tip.
