Goose Neck Bracket for Permobil Quick Release T Frame Mount

I needed a cell phone amount for my wheelchair that I could easily and quickly take off. All of the mobility ones are in excess of several hundred dollars. So, I made a bracket that I can connect a gooseneck to that mounts in the Uni rail/T track of the Permobil wheelchair. I already had an extra quick release mount so I just had to make the part the gooseneck connects to.
