I used http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/ to make this lithophane. In order to make details stand out, I edited the original picture from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary_Katherine_Goddard, removing background and finer details. I also highlighted darker areas so that they would stand out and become thicker areas on the lithophane.
