iLap Timing System Decoder and Sensor protection

The clip is designed to clip on to a 3" PVC Pipe. The sensor can then be placed inside the clip to help protect it a bit. I'd suggest gluing the clip to the pipe to hold it in place. Also created a box for the decoder. Just haven't had a chance to redesign the lid so it snaps in place. For now I'm lazy and tape the lid on.
