X carriage designed for E3D V5 extruder nozzel

Inspired by Simons x carriage i have adapted it to suit the E3D extruder nozzle to allow the nozzel fan housing & fan to stay in place when the nozzel needs to be removed. Due to the heater block the fan house has a cut out to allow for removal.

I have included 2 types of the new fan house. 1 with a nut trap for an M4 nut that functions with an M4 extruder hold down bolt, which also stabilises the fan house during extruder removal and 1 without the nut trap.
