Holding unit prototype

Looking for help. Started using skethcup, everything looks good in the drawing, looks good in makerbot printer software but when printed a few " triangles" are messed up/missed placed?

I do know that for some reason in sketchup the file did not say it was a solid group, just a group.

Help please!?!
