Filament Cutter - Slim (New Hardware Version)

Here's my version of a slim filament cutter, modeled from scratch but based off this design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1249929).

Hardware/tools needed:
1 x Compression Spring (5/16" x 1-1/2" x .020") or (7.94mm x 38.10mm x 0.50mm)
1 x Set Screw (Slotted 4-40 x 3/16") or (Hex M3 x 3mm)
1 x Screw: M3-.50 x 10
1 x Blade: 9mm Snap-off blade
