Rostock-Mini highboy kit

Slightly taller bottom stepper brackets / legs for the Rostock-Mini.

I mounted a standard RAMPS board under the base of my Rostock-Mini, and it fit, but the wires would hit the table. I decided I wanted an extra 20 mm of height, so I modified the standard Rostock-Mini stepper brackets / legs to be slightly higher.
