Ormerod 2 mods for DC42 Sensor

This is a mod for the Ormerod 2 with a quickset hot end to use the dc42 Mini Differential IR Height Sensor instead of the stock sensor.

The X Axis homing pad. The existing peg must be removed and the pad attached to the existing holes on the X motor bracket.

A new X Carriage with mounting holes for the sensor board.
