Created with FreeCAD and files included.
For left and right - mirror the files in Slic3r or similar.
These are a custom Z anti-backlash and bearing add on using qty=4 605ZZ bearings. They do however reduce Z travel by about 50 mm; but, using the Z motor mounts from here (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:936437) I've gained that back.
