Prusa i3 boxed complete

Combined all parts for a prusa i3 onto one plate! Second plate is extruder+gears and you got a complete new i3 with 2 full plates. These are parts how they appear on github with m8 and regular skate bearings configured. There we're however a few issues while building. I changed the x-carriage and made a custom wade variation to have it fit my printed extruder. If you use the metal gear extruder however t
