Heavy Duty MK8 stepper mount

I tried to print ABS with the ones that came with the kit and they started to melt. So I made my own from the original mount. Added some things I might make for it in the future. Also made a solid place to put your thumb when pulling down on the extruder. I got tired of burning my finger holding onto the heat sink.

Update :
I made another a little smaller and with more strength in the base to support the weight of the motor with those really high temps. It labeled stronger for a reason.
