Printrbot Simple Metal Ubis 13S Fan Shroud

__Update:__ I've added a version that has a 12mm-tall nozzle (the part closest to the bed) instead of the 13mm tall one from the original. I HAVE NOT tested this on my printer at all nor printed one out - but it's here for folks who were having trouble with the height of the overall nozzle.
