Headlight Adjusting Knob

After replacing the headlights on my 2003 Expedition, I noticed that aligning them was a bit difficult because the size and location of the adjusting screw made it difficult to access with tools. I made two of these knobs to put on the shaft of the adjusting screw. The hex portion of the screw is very slightly under 4mm, so the knob is designed with a 4mm hex center. Due to the natural shrinkage, the end result fits perfectly snug and should stay in place.
