Bowden setup for E3D Hotend on Prusa I2

This is a Bowden extruder setup for a Prusa I2 using the E3D hotend. These are just adaptors mounts. The extruder mount is used in conjunction with your existing Wades or Gregs hinged extrude and mounts to the two top horizontal threaded rods just outside of one of the Z axis motors.
