Mk5 Solidoodle Bowden

This is a direct adaptation of Lawsy's excellent Mk5 Jigsaw Replacement for the Solidoodle to make it compatible with a bowden system.

In designing this I specifically ensured a good fit with the E3D hot-end. It should, in theory, work with the Solidoodle standard hot-end (or any other that fits in Lawsy's Mk5) but I've only tested it with the E3D.
