Used to bend 2x15 cm tongue depressors into a bracelet shape.
Soak tongue depressors in water until it sinks, it helps to heat the water, or even boil it for a little while.
carefully curve the tongue depressor on the bender and apply elastics. I find it helpful to submerge the whole thing and let it rest a little after installing each elastic. Leave the whole thing submerged for a few hours before removing and let dry for a day.
