40mm Geeetech Aluminum Prusa i3 Cooling Fan Bracket Fixed

I updated this fan bracket http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1492650 and applied a few model fixes to it. Before, Craftware would try to print a few parts over air since the angled piece wasn't fully attached. I fixed the angled piece so there are no more gaps.
