Craftbot+ ELP webcam mount

Created this mount to fit the ELP-USB100W07M-MHV100 (100 degree FOV) , but will likely fit any of the ELP webcams that have the an inner mounting holes at 22mm. After increasing the resolution in Octopi to full 720p, it looks like it's a little too wide, so I've lowered the resolution to fit most of the just the inside of the print. Time lapses look fantastic, and camera rests just slightly above above home Z level.
