Raspberry Pi Cover for RPI DSI Touchscreen

There is only one screen that works with RPI's DSI display port. The RPI and controller attach neatly to the back of the screen, but this leaves the pi exposed and a few wires hanging around too (including the ribbon cable to the DSI port). This case attaches to the back of the screen covering the Pi, the controller, and most of the wires. It also allows USB, ethernet, audio, and power to be connected.
It's not perfect, but good enough for me.
