eggbot arm with longer adapter 28BYJ-48 stepper

I combined two great designs so that I now can use the cheap 28BYJ-48 with the eggbot instead of a large and way more expensive nema-stepper.
Needs some easy drilling in the eggbot-main-frame.

The coupling was too short, made it stuck out a little more.
