WHO SAYS YOU CANT MAKE PLA PROPS!!!
My own simple bullnose design, performed far beyond my expectations even without balancing and only the most bare essential finishing with a craft knife to remove some stubborn brim fragments post print.
I even chucked in a couple of flips on the second flight and the props held rock solid (even when I pushed my luck on a third flip a little to close to the ground and frame came down on its arm embedding a prop blade in the soil.... no
