Knife Handle - from scan image

- Scan blade on simple (no 3D) scanner
- Load image to your 3D soft (I use Moi 3D)
- Rescale image to real size knife (most difficult step)
- Make outline
- Extrude
- Add fillet
- Add holes
- Make mirror
- Add to one side holes for screw head
- Add to other side hex-shape holes for nuts
- Print it!
