prusa i3 rework 1.5 X belt stretcher update

After having streched too much the belt, the original part had been used by the belt. So i decided to include a belt pulley on the stretcher ( www.reprap-france.com/produit/1234568507-poulie-roue-libre ).
And there it is. I made it on solidwork : x_tender_2 has to be printed twice, one on each side of the pulley.
