Medaille - medal - medallion

This is a laser cut medallion i designed.
It is made for a go-cart race for the kids in our neighbourhood.
Every kid gets a medal.
It is made out of 3mm plywood (poplar) with the lasercutter from work.
I am a STEM - teacher at VTI Tielt in Belgium
We are fortunate to have a 100W co2 lasercutter.
Settings:
cut al the way through : 30mm/s and 70-80% power
engrave : 30mm/s and 15% power
I did not use scan, because it took too long to make (5mins)
Time to make now: 1 min/piece
