Hexo+ Battery Caddy

Hexo+ drone has a low (8 minute battery life) so everyone wants spare batteries. Due to some strange non-standard design choices, the manufacturer can't provide these. The plug socket is very obscure so it's expensive and difficult to obtain. The battery cell arrangement is also very not standard.

This battery caddy, while an imperfect solution, will do the job. Be cautious sliding it into place the first time so that everything is lined up nicely and doesn't bend the metal contacts points.
