Seed starting rig made from PVC pipe

Short of avoiding politely being asked to leave the neighborhood for the place looking abandoned I don't have a lot of interest in planting or tending things I can't eat. My lot has huge trees (they're awesome and protect the house from the summer heat) so lots of shade and all kinds of woodland creatures who will poach your harvest without apology or at least saying thanks. Good place, but not ideal for a summer garden.
