I'ts a replacement for the LEGO 8 teeth cogwheel that uses the standard LEGO axle. This is to use the cheap DC motors with a 2mm round axle.
Central hole is 2mm to fit the axle with some pressure. If it's too tight, a 2mm drill bit pass will ease the fitting.
