Bra Strap Holder with different shapes

My wife keeps buying these bra strap and they only come in one shape. I've seen several in the community but again only in one shape. This one has a generic circle that can be combined with other shapes to customize it as your outfit requires.

I'm trying to get a Wings Shape but have not had time to do it.

EDIT: The center part works fine. The shapes need to be modified a bit to mesh nicely with the center. But, alas , my wife did not like the shapes, only the center part is what she i
