Hugo fan-mount UPGRADE!!!

This is for all those people like me who really like the fan-mount from the Hugo project, but really REALLY hate those little flimsy pieces of plastic that you're supposed to slide under your extruder. They're way too thin. So I designed this beefier one-piece replacement. It does require you take your extruder completely off, but that is better than replacing those plastic peices over and over again.
