MPCNC z nut lock for trapezoidal spindle

Remixed http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:790533 from Allted and modified IE_z_nut_lock_13mm.stl for a trapezoidal nut.

You need a well adjusted printer to print this part and depending on the elasticity of your filament, it might be difficult to get the nut in the nut lock without breaking the nut lock.

I used this parts:
- 1 x 5x8mm flexible motor coupler
- 1 x addititional 608 ZZ bearing for anti backlash
- 3 x TR8x1.5 nut 17x15mm (two for anti backlash and one for the z nut lock)
