Han In Carbonite (HIC) Printable Control Panel Base

While there is another HIC control panel on thingiverse that is more detailed i found it next to impossible to print on a regular reprap. Instead I designed these from scratch in scetchup. Note they are 97% of full size, as my HIC prop was just a tad smaller, but that is generally not noticable and they print really well.

You will still need to back the covers with aluminium plates and add all the grebblies, I will add these later as I make them
