3D Print of Wish

This is my submission for Standard 75mm. I really wanted to show the dark side of wanting power. The genie is doing as he's commanded. he is void of life, color and empathy. The gold in his skin represents the greed man shows without care. She is full of life and wonder but can't break the lure of power. To her dismay, it comes at an ultimate cost.
i kept the genie in more of a grey scale to show his neutrality to man kinds follies. She is colorful to represent life and all its wonder and naivety. The life force trail is painted to show the "life" being transformed into darkness. I kept the metals in a TMM style. The background was my very first attempt at free hand and a landscape. The sand is real ( stolen from my kids sandbox).
This was a fun challenging project.
