vertical tail fin for the Blade 230s

Replacement vertical tail fin for the Blade 230s. Carbon fiber/ABS (stronger, cheaper, and lighter). holes need to be enlarged to 5/64. i will fix this in the next release. cut 2mm carbon fiber rod to length glue in place. you can strengthen the joint by binding it with kevlar fishing line and ca glue. like a barber poll.

on "cf mod fin 2" i changed the design a bit added a lightning hole and enlarged the mounting holes. they are now just a little small than 5/64 but would work without drilli
