IGUS RJM-08 pillow blocks (Robo3D R1)

Here's a pillow-block for the Robo3D R1 & R1+ using IGUS RJM-08 plastic bearings.

I haven't extensively tested it but it's working on my R1 right now (and it's super quiet!).

I printed mine in ABS... I wouldn't recommend PLA because it's so close to the heated bed but other types of filament which have a high melting point would probably work.
