RepRap Hexagon Hotend mount w/proximity sensor OR BLTouch for E3D X-Carriage

This is remix of the front mounting block of the source Thing. It allows a little more clearance inside the main hole for a Hexagon hot end, as well as adds a proximity sensor/BLTouch mount on the side. All other parts for this carriage setup can be found at the source item.
