Z Axis Lead screw (trapezoidal thread) parts for Prusa Steel

These are Motor and Idler ends for the Prusa steel (2.x) frame for use with a trapezoidal threaded lead screw on the Z-axis rather than the common M5 threaded rods.

This thing is for use with the brass nuts which seems common enough on ebay. The diameter of the lead screw is 8 mm and the outer diameter of the brass nut is 11 mm. The center distance between the four (3mm) holes for attaching the nut is 16mm. The distance between the smooth rod and the brass nut fitting is 17 mm.
