Itty Bitty Double Extruder Flex V2 Updates for Hictop Prusa i3

These are the mods I made to create the Itty Bitty Double Flex V2 Extruder (IBDFV2E)
for a Hictop Prusa Dual horizontal rod X axis. It is held on with 3 horizontal bearings.

I created an extended Z Probe servo arm because I used E3D V5 J-Head heatsinks.

I used a X axis belt mount with a tightening screw.

I have standoffs to make the extruder more rigid.

I switched to a 24V power supply from 12V.

I loaded Marlin 1.1.0-RC6 to handle Mesh Bed Leveling, Z Probe and Dual extruder.
